Swim Lessons Terms and Conditions

By booking services with Borel Bleu Swim Co., you agree to the following terms:

Scheduling & Consultation

• A 20-minute consultation for new clients is required prior to scheduling all lessons and services.
• All sessions are scheduled based on availability and must be agreed upon in advance.
  

Supervision Requirement

• A parent or guardian must be present and accessible during all swim lessons.
• Borel Bleu Swim Co. is not responsible for supervision outside of scheduled lesson time.
  

Safety & Liability

• A signed liability waiver is required prior to participation in any lesson or service.
• Participants must follow all safety instructions provided during sessions.
• Borel Bleu Swim Co. reserves the right to end a session if unsafe conditions arise.

Weather & Rescheduling

• Sessions may be rescheduled due to weather or unsafe conditions at the discretion of Borel Bleu Swim Co.
• Clients will be notified as soon as possible regarding any changes.

Cancellations

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
• Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a fee or forfeited session.
  

Payment

• Payment is due as agreed prior to or at the time of service.
• Rates and services are subject to change with notice.
  

Lifeguard Services

• Lifeguard services are provided for private events and include active supervision of swimmers.
• A minimum of 2 hours is required for all lifeguard bookings.

Photo & Media Release

• Photo and video consent is optional and may be completed separately.
• No media will be used without prior permission.
  

Independent Operation

• Borel Bleu Swim Co. is independently owned and operated and is not affiliated with any club, organization, or facility.
